Job Description
A Logan's Roadhouse meat cutter is a critical position which requires timely and quality preparation of product. Our steaks are hand-cut on premise with strict quality controls.
As a meat cutter, your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cut and trim to specification several varieties of meat, fish and poultry.
- Clean and sanitize your work station.
- Set up the meat display.
- Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Safety procedures.
- Wash and clean raw food products.
- Peel, dice, shred and slice food products using electric equipment.
- Assist in an entire team effort.
