LOGAN’S ROADHOUSE CROWNS GENERAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR

GM from Midland, Mich., Grabs Top Company Honor at 25th Annual Conference

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 26, 2016) – Tom Riordan, general manager (GM) at Logan’s Roadhouse in Midland, Mich., was named the 2016 Company GM of the Year at the 25th Annual General Managers Conference in Nashville, Tenn. The Company GM of the Year is selected based on his or her performance in 10 key categories, which take into consideration factors such as guest attendance and employee satisfaction at the location.

Riordan, who has been involved in the Midland community for decades, has nearly 20 years’ experience in food service management. He has been an integral team member at the Midland location for eight years, serving as a kitchen manager prior to being promoted to GM.

“Logan’s Roadhouse is a special place and one that provides our guests with a top-notch food and drink experience they won’t find anywhere else,” Riordan said. “While I am honored to receive this recognition, everyone on our staff at Midland had a hand in achieving this award. The GM of the Year is calculated by scoring 10 key performance categories for each restaurant location, and the GM with the highest overall combined total in each division – East, Central and West – is awarded GM of the Year for the respective division. Riordan had top performance scores in all 10 categories, which earned him the spot as the GM of the Year for the East division and, ultimately, the Company GM of the Year for 2016.
