ALLERGEN INFORMATION

 

Our menu items are largely made from scratch in a common kitchen using shared equipment. Many of our products contain or may come into contact with the nine major food allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish and sesame. Our products may also contain or come into contact with other food allergens due to cross-contact that is inherent in a common kitchen or due to allergens that are not disclosed in the ingredients our kitchens use. Our managers are trained to identify known ingredients in our menu items and to describe preparation and cooking methods, but our kitchens are not able to guarantee that a menu item is allergen-free or gluten-free due to the inherent risks we have just described. Customers with food allergies should exercise judgment in light of these inherent risks.
