How are points earned?
Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Do Logan’s Rewards points expire?
Yes. Points expire 365 days after they are earned, if not used.
Can expired points be added back to my account?
No. Once points expire after 365 days, they cannot be restored.
How many points do I need for a free entrée?
You need 200 points to unlock a free entrée. Points must be redeemed for the reward in the app before use.
Why do I see points but no rewards available yet?
If you see points but no reward, you do not yet have enough points to redeem a reward.
Do rewards apply automatically when I pay?
No. Rewards must be selected at checkout for online orders, or you must inform your server and provide the redemption code shown in the app.
Once selected, you have 4 hours to redeem the reward. If not used within that time, the reward returns to your account, and the code becomes invalid.
Can I use more than one reward per visit?
No. Only one reward per visit is allowed, and rewards cannot be combined with other discounts.
How do I reset my password or recover my account?
Click the “Forgot Password” button on the sign-in page and follow the prompts. If you do not receive the reset password link, you are likely using the wrong email.

Why does it say my phone number or email is already in use?
You likely already have an account and need to reset your password.
If you signed up using Facebook, Apple, or Gmail, your Logan’s Rewards email is the one associated with that platform at the time you signed up, even if you’ve since changed it.
Why can’t I scan my receipt in the app?
You may only scan one receipt within a 6-hour period. The 6 hours are based on the time of purchase, not the time you attempt to scan.
Why does the app say my receipt was already used?
The receipt has already been scanned to a loyalty account, or your rewards account was added to the check at the time of purchase.
Why doesn’t my receipt have a barcode?
Only itemized receipts contain a barcode. You likely received a non-itemized copy.
If your receipt does not have a barcode, please use the Contact Us form, select Logan’s Rewards, and a team member will assist you.
Why can’t I scan two receipts from the same day?
This is part of Logan’s Rewards fraud protection measures.
How long do I have to scan my receipt after my visit?
You have up to 7 days from the date of your visit to scan a receipt and receive points.
