Eligibility:
The Logan’s Ultimate Nashville Trip with Riley Green Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, except residents of Florida and Rhode Island or anywhere prohibited by law, who are eightenn (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Legal entities are not eligible and have no right to claim any prize won by their employees, members, or owners. Employees of Logans Roadhouse, its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren (including “step” as they may apply). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on May 16, 2022 at 12:01 AM (CDT) and ends on June 12, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (CDT).

How to participate and enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete the following three steps during the Sweepstakes period: 1) Download Logan’s Rewards App; 2) sign-up for loyalty program and 3.) Enter code Riley in coupon/promo code section of the app and press add. Odds of winning depend on the cumulative number of people who meet the requirement of entering promo code Riley in the app by 11:59 p.m. on June 12, 2022. A total of one (1) grand prize winner will be drawn at random and announced by June 15.
Prize will be awarded in a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email. A list of winners may be obtained by calling/emailing: marketing@spbhospitality.com. Logans Roadhouse will attempt to re-send said e-mail up to three (3) times. If any winner does not respond to e-mail notification within three days of its transmission, or should the e-mail be returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected at random. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Logans Roadhouse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prize are winners’ responsibility. Limit: one prize per household.
No entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 12, 2022. Winners may not substitute or transfer all or any part of a prize. If a prize is lost or stolen, Sponsor is not required to replace it. Winners will only be notified by via email. Failure to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification (or if a winner chooses to decline a prize for any reason or fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules) may result in the prize being forfeited. An alternate winner may be drawn, but Sponsor is not obligated to do so. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsor to contact potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among all eligible entries received.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media as determined by Sponsor, without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.
Each entry must be original to the entrant and must not violate any third-party rights or violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. Logan’s Roadhouse reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other unanticipated factor or factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Logan’s Roadhouse in its sole discretion. Logan’s Roadhouse reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules or the Site Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Limitation on Liability
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules as well as the terms and conditions specified by the gift card issuer and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. All entrants and winners’ guests, as a condition of entry into this promotion and acceptance of prizes, agree to release Logan’s Roadhouse its affiliates, subsidiaries all employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the same, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Logan’s Roadhouse makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize.
Opt-In/Opt-Out
By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that information collected from you may be used for future mailings (via U.S. mail, e-mail or mobile) by Sponsor regarding its products and services including current offers and promotions, in addition to being used for the purpose of the prize drawings and to notify winners.
